1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "client") and JODAL DIGITAL SERVICES LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the jodigitalservices.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related or connected thereto (collectively, the "Site") and our technical design fulfillment pipeline.

By accessing the Site or engaging our professional studio services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and our services must be discontinued immediately.

2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & PROJECT EXECUTION

JODAL DIGITAL SERVICES LLC provides high-end B2B technical 3D visualization, parametric Revit family modeling, BIM library creation, and technical CAD drafting layout services.

  • Project Scopes: All deliverables, batch counts, timeline schedules, and technical requirements are defined explicitly in independent project briefs or invoice agreements.
  • Client Responsibilities: The client must provide accurate, complete, and authorized technical assets (CAD layouts, dimensions, safety parameter specifications) necessary for production. We are not liable for design compliance flaws resulting from inaccurate source data provided by the client.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ASSET OWNERSHIP

  • Proprietary Client Data: The client retains full ownership of all raw data, brand properties, and engineering layouts submitted to us for rendering.
  • Final Deliverables: Upon full completion of payment for a specified invoice, JODAL DIGITAL SERVICES LLC transfers all commercial ownership rights of the final customized high-resolution 3D renders, architectural animations, or completed technical models to the client. We retain the right to showcase anonymized visual assets within our portfolio for professional promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. BILLING, FEES, AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Invoicing: All services are billed via formal corporate invoices issued by JODAL DIGITAL SERVICES LLC.
  • Payment Gateways: Payments are securely processed via our integrated corporate merchant profiles and bank transfer rails.
  • Currencies: We accept payments in USD, AUD, EUR, or other mutually agreed corporate settlement currencies depending on your corporate region.
  • Late/Delayed Milestones: We reserve the right to pause design production pipelines if milestone payments or initial project deposits are delayed beyond the dates established in the active service contract.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will JODAL DIGITAL SERVICES LLC, its directors, employees, or design team partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of our digital assets, visualizations, or structural layouts. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client on the specific disputed invoice.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of the Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located within Wyoming.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services, user portals, or active project queues, without notice or liability, for any breach of these contractual terms, including non-payment or unlawful/fraudulent use of our intellectual infrastructure.
